Arkansas Code §§ 20-7-601 – 20-7-615 and this part do not give authority to any person, agency, corporation, or other legal entity to invade the privacy of any citizen as defined by the General Assembly, the courts, or the United States Constitution or the Arkansas Constitution other than to the extent provided in this part and Arkansas Code §§ 20-7-601 – 20-7-615.
