Mobile, seasonal, pushcart, coffee kiosk holding tank — Capacity and drainage
Arkansas Code § 20-56-219; Arkansas Code § 20-57-209
(a) A sewage holding tank in a mobile food establishment, a seasonal retail food establishment, a pushcart, or a coffee kiosk retail food establishment shall be:
- (1) Sized fifteen percent (15%) larger in capacity than the water supply tank; and
- (2) Sloped to a drain that is one inch (1”) in inner diameter or greater, equipped with a shut-off valve.
- (b) A wastewater holding tank may only be used when the establishment is in compliance with 20 CAR § 194-304(a).
