All bottled water produced or offered for sale within the State of Arkansas shall be labeled in accordance with the:

1. (1) Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, Arkansas Code § 20-56-201 et seq.;
2. (2) Fair Packaging and Labeling Act of 1967, as amended, 15 U.S.C. § 1451 et seq.; and
3. (3) Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 1938, as amended, 21 U.S.C. § 301 et seq.
