1. (1) Donor breast milk banks should have a panel of consultants that:

   1. (A) Includes specialists in:

(i) Neonatology/pediatrics;

1. (ii) Lactation; and

   1. (iii) Microbiology/infectious diseases; and

   2. (B) May include representation from, but not limited to, the following specialties:

      1. (i) Nursing;
      2. (ii) Immunology;
      3. (iii) Pharmacology;
      4. (iv) Nutrition;
      5. (v) Public health;
      6. (vi) Obstetrics;
      7. (vii) Pathology;
      8. (viii) Food technology;
      9. (ix) Law; and
      10. (x) Consumer representation.

2. (2) These consultants agree to be accessible to the breast milk bank director when appropriate.
