The annual fees for public water systems provided for in the Public Water System Service Act, Arkansas Code § 20-28-101 et seq. are established at forty cents ($0.40) per service connection per month for community and nontransient noncommunity water systems, with a minimum fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) and at one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) for transient noncommunity water systems.
