Approved laboratories
Arkansas Code § 20-7-109
(a) The public health laboratory of the Department of Health shall conduct analyses for the purpose of determining compliance with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 40 C.F.R. pts. 141 – 143.
(b) Routine examinations on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis may be conducted in a public water system plant laboratory certified by the department.
