Arkansas Code § 20-7-109
- (a) Disinfection of all public water supplies by a method approved by the Department of Health must be provided.
- (b) Disinfection must include adequate contact holding time prior to pumping into the distribution and storage system.
- (c) An adequate residual of the disinfectant must be carried to all points throughout the distribution system.
