20 CAR § 137-109 – Final clean-up

(a) At the conclusion of the mass gathering, the site shall:
1. (1) Be cleaned up; and
2. (2) All unsanitary conditions corrected.
(b) All refuse, litter, and solid waste generated by the event shall be removed from the site within twenty-four (24) hours of the event’s end.
