Arkansas Code § 20-56-219; Arkansas Code § 20-7-101
(a)
Penalties.
Penalties for violations of this part may be imposed as provided in Arkansas Code § 20-7-101.
(b)
Injunctions.
The Department of Health may seek to enjoin violations of this part.
