- (a) Every firm, person, or corporation who violates this part may be assessed a civil penalty by the State Board of Health.
- (b) The penalty shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation.
- (c) Each day of a continuing violation may be deemed a separate violation for purposes of penalty assessments.
- (d) However, no single fine levied by the Board of Health shall exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
