(c)

1. (1) Students who, at the time of initial enrollment, are expected to complete their course of study within six (6) weeks are not required to comply.
2. (2) If such students continue to be enrolled, re-enroll, or return after six (6) weeks, they shall comply within forty-five (45) days.

(d) No student who is not fully in compliance with the requirements of this part shall be permitted to:

1. (1) Enroll for a subsequent semester or term;
2. (2) Have credits transferred; or
3. (3) Graduate until he or she is fully compliant.
