Arkansas Code § 20-7-109
- (a) Students, as defined in 20 CAR § 104-101(5), who enroll in higher education institutions in Arkansas are subject to the requirements of this part.
- (b) Previous receipt of Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) vaccine will have no effect on application of this part.
