(b)

1. (1) Each healthcare worker (employee, health worker, medical staff member (physician), etc.) who has contact with patients or clients shall receive:

   1. (A) Baseline tuberculosis screening; and
   2. (B) Tuberculosis prevention information.

(c)

1. (1) No annual follow-up testing requirements are necessary.
2. (2) However, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines must be followed on symptom screenings and tuberculosis education.
