- (a) Data shall be collected in a manner that protects and maintains the confidential nature of patient records.
(b) Individual records and reports made pursuant to this part shall:
- (1) Be held confidential within the hospital and Trauma Registry Section; and
- (2) Not be made available to the public.
- (c) Any data provided by the Trauma Registry Section shall be released in accordance with rules promulgated by the State Board of Health that provide for appropriate data security and confidentiality.
