Any person generating, transporting, treating, storing, or disposing of medical waste, unless exempted as outlined in 20 CAR § 53-201 et seq., or transporting or treating, storing, and/or disposing of commercial medical waste, shall be responsible for compliance with this part and all other federal, state, and local laws related to medical waste.
