1. (1) Incubator;
2. (2) Centrifuge;
3. (3) Microscope;
4. (4) Warming block or isolette; and
5. (5) Laminar flow hood.

(b) Cryopreservation. The following equipment is essential to any in vitro fertilization program which performs cryopreservation:

1. (1) Controlled-rate freezer; and
2. (2) Liquid nitrogen storage container.
