(c) The following shall be provided:

1. (1) Off-street unloading facilities;
2. (2) Receiving area;

3. (3)

   1. (A) General storage room or rooms.
   2. (B) General storage room or rooms with a total area of not less than twenty feet (20’) per inpatient bed shall be provided.
   3. (C) Storage may be in:

(i) Separate, concentrated areas within the institution; or

1. (ii) One (1) or more individual buildings onsite.

   1. (D) A portion of this storage may be provided offsite; and

2. (4)

   1. (A) Additional storage room or rooms.
   2. (B) Additional storage areas for outpatient facilities shall be provided in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total area of the outpatient facilities.

   3. (C) This may be:

      1. (i) Combined with and in addition to the general stores; or
      2. (ii) Located in a central area within the outpatient department.
   4. (D) A portion of this storage may be provided offsite.
