In addition to the patient care services requirements set forth in 20 CAR § 41-110, the policies and procedures shall include specialized procedures specific to respiratory disease patients and shall include:

1. (1) Collection of sputum;
2. (2) Utilization of respiratory care;
3. (3) Skin test procedures;
4. (4) Tuberculosis control program for personnel;
5. (5) Follow-up service for patients after discharge from the hospital; and
6. (6) Provision for individual patient’s plan of care.
