(b) Incidents subject to recovery of expenditures include but are not limited to:

1. (1) Transportation incidents involving:

   1. (A) Food;
   2. (B) Drugs;
   3. (C) Hazardous materials;
   4. (D) Radiological materials; or
   5. (E) Biological materials or chemicals;

2. (2) Fires involving:

   1. (A) Grocery stores;
   2. (B) Restaurants;
   3. (C) Food warehouses;
   4. (D) Drugstores;
   5. (E) Storage or manufacturing facilities;
   6. (F) Power plants; or
   7. (G) Other facilities;

3. (3) Industrial or other releases of contaminants into the environment:

   1. (A) Air;
   2. (B) Water; or
   3. (C) Soil;
4. (4) Product contamination or recalls;
5. (5) Indoor air contamination or suspected contamination; and

6. (6) Special monitoring or investigative requirements initiated by:

   1. (A) The federal government; or
   2. (B) Other governmental entities.
