As used in this part:

1. (1) “Board” means the State Board of Health;
2. (2) “Department” means the Department of Health;

3. (3) “Person” means:

   1. (A) An individual;
   2. (B) A firm;
   3. (C) A partnership;
   4. (D) A company;
   5. (E) A corporation;
   6. (F) A trustee;
   7. (G) An association; or
   8. (H) Any public or private entity; and
4. (4) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Department of Health.
