(a)

1. (1) Chemical induced terminations of pregnancy are to be reported on Vital Records form VR-29b, which is attached hereto as Appendix B pursuant to Acts 2021, No. 560.
2. (2) The chemical induced termination of pregnancy report is an official record and shall remain confidential except that a disclosure may be made to law enforcement officials upon an order of a court after an application showing good cause.

3. (3) These reports are:

   1. (A) Incorporated into the official records of the Division of Vital Records; and
   2. (B) Submitted by the healthcare facility to the Arkansas Center for Health Statistics within fifteen (15) days after each month’s end.

(b)

1. (1) The number of chemical induced terminations of pregnancy by trimester are to be reported quarterly on Vital Records form VR-29c, which is attached hereto as Appendix C pursuant to Acts 2021, No. 560.
2. (2) Quarterly reports of the number of chemical induced terminations of pregnancy by trimester are statistical reports and are not incorporated into the official records of the division.
3. (3) These reports are to be submitted by the healthcare facility performing chemical abortions within fifteen (15) days after each quarter’s end.
4. (4) These reports will be maintained and retained in the same manner as described in 20 CAR § 1-1201.
