(a) Quarantined feedlot operators shall maintain permanent records for a period of three (3) years after sale date of animal, such records to consist of:

1. (1) Number of livestock purchased, from whom purchased, and date of purchase;
2. (2) Number of cattle moved from quarantined feedlot, date moved, and location to which moved; and
3. (3) Dates and number of losses by death.
