Ratites (ostriches, emus, rheas, etc)
Arkansas Code § 2-33-107
- (a) All ratites must have a negative test for avian influenza within thirty (30) days prior to entry unless a state of emergency has been declared.
- (b) They must be individually identified with a form of permanent identification, and listed on a certificate of veterinary inspection with an entry permit number.
