(a) All dogs and cats transported or moved into Arkansas for any purpose must be accompanied by an official certificate of veterinary inspection and have been vaccinated against rabies not more than twelve (12) months prior to entry.
(b) Dogs and cats under four (4) months of age are exempt.
(c) Arkansas will accept a three-year rabies vaccination if the dog or cat has had at least one (1) previous rabies vaccine.
