(c) Must:

1. (1) Negative brucellosis test within ninety (90) days; or

2. (2) Originate from a:

   1. (A) Certified brucellosis-free and accredited tuberculosis-free cervid herd; or
   2. (B) Brucellosis monitored and a qualified tuberculosis cervid within ninety (90) days of exhibition.
