Exceptions and penalties

Arkansas Code § 2-33-107; Arkansas Code § 2-40-103

(a) The State Veterinarian may grant a written exception to this part only on an individual basis.
(b) Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this part may result in administrative penalties as provided by law.
