(A) The act also provides for a fine to be imposed for persons chipping horses without training certification.
(B) That fine shall be five hundred dollars ($500).
(b) No liability will be assumed by the Arkansas Board of Animal Health nor the State Veterinarian for injuries or adverse reactions incurred in the Horse Chipping Program when carried out by a certified individual.
(c) Certificate holders will be required to have liability insurance with a minimum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) coverage.
