- (a) Each person that is certified by the Arkansas Board of Animal Health to chip horses must keep adequate records of the horses chipped.
- (b) The records shall include the name and address of the owner of the horse that is chipped.
- (c) This information will be registered with the board along with a fee of five dollars ($5.00) per horse.
