- (a) Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this part may result in administrative penalties as provided by law.
- (b) First offense will result in a warning letter.
- (c) Second or subsequent offense will result in a notice to appear before the Arkansas Board of Animal Health for a determination for proper administrative penalties.
