The Arkansas Board of Animal Health may impose administrative penalties under Arkansas Code § 2-38-505 for the violation of any Arkansas law or board rule regarding feral hogs, as follows:

1. (1) For an initial violation, the board may issue a warning letter and an administrative penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500); and
2. (2) For any additional violations, the board may impose an administrative penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
