1. (1) Commercial applicator categories:

   1. (A) Agricultural pest control:

      1. (i)

         1. (a) (a) Plants.
         2. (b) (b) Agricultural produce and lands pest control; and
      2. (ii) Animals;

   2. (B)

      1. (i) Forest pest control.
      2. (ii) Wood treatment;
   3. (C) Right-of-way pest control;
   4. (D) Aquatic pest control;
   5. (E) Demonstration and research pest control;
   6. (F) Public health pest control;
   7. (G) Seed treatment; and
   8. (H) Regulatory pest control; and
2. (2) Noncommercial applicator categories same as commercial applicator.
