The determination of pesticides highly toxic to humans shall be those in accord with the regulations promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to Section 25(c)(2) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, Pub. L. No. 92-516.
