The requirements for coloration and discoloration of pesticides shall be those as set forth in the regulations adopted by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to Section 25(c)(5) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, Pub. L. No. 92-516.
