(a) Products with this designation shall be used in accordance with:

1. (1) All other applicable federal or state laws and the rules written pursuant thereto;
2. (2) The label registered with the State of Arkansas;
3. (3) The applicable restrictions identified for Class A, Class B, and Class C; and
4. (4) The following additional restrictions.

(b)

1. (1) Applications may be made only when the wind is not blowing in the direction of:

   1. (A) Desirable vegetation;
   2. (B) Waterways; or
   3. (C) Where human health or the environment may be adversely impacted.
2. (2) Where desirable vegetation, waterways, or human health and the environment cannot be protected by ensuring they are not downwind from the application site, then, unless a greater distance is required by the label or other applicable state or federal rules, a three hundred-foot minimum buffer zone must be maintained between the protected entity (desirable vegetation, waterway, etc.) and the sprayed area.
