(a) Products with this designation shall be used in accordance with:

1. (1) All other applicable federal or state laws and the rules written pursuant thereto;
2. (2) The label registered with the State of Arkansas, rules promulgated by the State Plant Board;
3. (3) The applicable restrictions identified for Class A; and
4. (4) The following additional restrictions.

(b) If enforcement action is taken against a commercial, noncommercial, or private applicator regarding drift of a product with this designation or a buffer zone violation, a part of the enforcement action will require the applicator to:

1. (1) Attend a drift control training class administered by the board; or
2. (2) Other training that is acceptable to the board.
