(a)
- (1) Any time that an unreasonably high number of jobs (fifteen percent (15%) or more) of a license holder upon inspection are found not in compliance with the law and this part, the Pest Control Committee, after reviewing the record of the licensee in question, may instruct Department of Agriculture inspectors to inspect all jobs reported during the previous year.
- (2) In such a case, the license holder will be notified by registered or certified letter (return receipt requested) that their work has not been satisfactory.
- (3) The department will withhold any further inspections for sixty (60) days following the receipt of this notice.
(b)
- (1) After the sixty-day delay, all jobs reported the previous year, not including those previously checked and in compliance, will be inspected.
- (2) The time period covered will be the year previous to the date that the above notice is received by the license holder.
