2 CAR § 54-302 – Reporting — Responsibility

(a)
1. (1) License holders shall give complete information required by Arkansas Code § 17-37-221 of the Arkansas Pest Control Law by filing monthly reports.
2. (2) This information shall be filed with the State Plant Board even though it is understood that payment for the service will be made at a later date.
(b) In all cases where there is a question as to whether a job is completed, the criterion for a completed job shall be payment in part or in full.
(c) Each license holder shall be responsible for, or shall guarantee for at least one (1) year, all representations, provisions, declarations, work, or services called for by:
1. (1) The contract;
2. (2) The diagram of the property; or
3. (3) Letters of clearance.
