The Department of Agriculture will investigate complaints against license holders and may cancel licenses for:
- (1) Fraud;
- (2) Misrepresentation;
- (3) Failure to carry out promises;
- (4) Use of improper methods or materials; or
- (5) Other reasons specified in the law.
