- (a) The eradication of the boll weevil in an eradication zone shall be in accordance with the United States Department of Agriculture National Boll Weevil Cooperative Control Program and shall be executed by the State Plant Board and the Arkansas Cotton Grower’s Organization, Inc., with the assistance of the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
- (b) The Final Environmental Impact Statement, dated 1991, issued by the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service for the National Boll Weevil Cooperative Program is incorporated into these rules.
