- (a) Subpart 2 of this part provides for various penalties in connection with reporting acreage and paying assessments, each of which is a separate violation and cause for penalty.
- (b) Notwithstanding the type of penalties imposed under Subpart 2 of this part, the total amount of penalties assessed against a particular cotton grower shall not exceed fifteen dollars ($15.00) per acre of cotton for the crop year and acreage in issue.
