(a)

1. (1) All licenses for nurserymen, nursery dealers, and nursery landscape contractors must be renewed annually.
2. (2) The licenses are valid from November 1 of the current year until October 31 of the following year.

(b)

1. (1) License fees are ten dollars ($10.00), and all facilities must be inspected before a license will be issued.
2. (2) See Subpart 4 of this part for fee charges.

(d) Late fees.

1. (1) Any application postmarked after October 31 will be subject to a late charge of fifty percent (50%) of the license and inspection fees.
