Arkansas Code § 2-18-104
(a)
- (1) A field for certification must be isolated from other peanut varieties by at least ten feet (10’).
- (2) If an adjoining field on the same farm is of the same variety and both fields are being certified, then no isolation would be required.
- (b) At least one (1) field inspection will be made during the growing season at a time when varietal purity can best be determined, prior to harvest.
