(a)
- (1) Seed must be stored in dry, well-ventilated waterproof buildings accessible for inspection.
- (2) If in bulk, it must be separated from any other bulk seed by tight walls which will in no way permit mixing.
- (3) This applies to different strains or classes of the same variety.
- (b) At least one (1) storage inspection will be made by a representative of the State Plant Board at such a time as is deemed most appropriate by the certifying agency.
