(i) Unprinted tags and labels may be purchased at one-half (1/2) the price of printed tags/labels when ordered in quantities of five thousand (5,000) or more.
- (ii) No refunds will be made for unused tags/labels.
(2) Blue tag bags/approved new or reusable containers.
(A)
- (i) Those applicants equipped and approved to label Blue Tag Class seed on the containers shall report the amount in each lot so labeled.
- (ii) Blue tag bags, eight cents (8ȼ)/bag
(B)
- (i) Approved new or reusable containers.
- (ii) Rigid minibulk containers, eight cents (8ȼ)/fifty pounds (50 lbs.).
- (iii) Flexible minibulk containers (superbags), eight cents (8ȼ)/bushel.
(3) Bulk certificates.
- (A) Those applicants selling crops eligible for bulk certification shall report the amount of each lot sold on bulk certificates and pay eight cents (8ȼ)/bushel.
(B) Bulk certificate forms (used for all sales including a movement of the seed), twenty-five cents (25ȼ) each.
- (d) Extra inspections.
(1)
(A) When an extra inspection is necessary because of findings of a previous inspection, the fees are as follows:
- (i) Seed treating equipment only, seven dollars fifty cents ($7.50) for each trip;
- (ii) Seed processing plant or other similar inspections, fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each trip; and
- (iii) Isolation, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each field/trip.
- (B) On inspections requiring more than two (2) hours, ten dollars ($10.00) per hour will be charged for each additional hour.
(2) Fields failing inspection.
- (A) No more than two (2) reinspections will be made.
(B)
- (i) The first reinspection will be charged one half (1/2) the acreage inspection fee for the crop kind per acre reinspected.
- (ii) The second reinspection would be the same as the acreage fee per acre for that crop.
