- (a) Any person applying for certification on a crop planted from seed other than his or her own production, must submit with his or her application, a copy of purchase invoice with identity, or other documentary evidence to provide source, quantity, and class of seed planted.
- (b) If the application covers seed of own production, the applicant shall identify the lot number, quantity, and class of seed being planted.
