(a) A small grain crop may only be planted on land on which any small grain planted in the previous two (2) years was of another crop kind or was planted with a class of certified seed of the same variety.
(b) Point of clarification. Land requirements are also met if cultivated crops were grown on the land the previous two (2) summers and the land winter fallowed.
