(a) A field producing any class of certified seed must have the minimum isolation distance from fields of any other variety of the same kind or from noncertified crop of the same variety as follows:

1. (1) Producing foundation or registered rape seed:

   1. (A) Cross-pollinated, one thousand three hundred twenty feet (1,320’); and
   2. (B) Self-pollinated, six hundred sixty feet (660’); and

2. (2) Producing certified (blue tag) rapeseed:

   1. (A) Cross-pollinated, three hundred thirty feet (330’); and
   2. (B) Self-pollinated, three hundred thirty feet (330’).
