1. (1) The noxious weeds of Arkansas are as follows:

   1. (A) Field bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis);
   2. (B) Nutgrass (Cyperus rotundus);
   3. (C) Crotalaria (Crotalaria spp.);
   4. (D) Wild onion and/or wild garlic (Allium spp.);
   5. (E) Johnson grass (Sorghum halepense);
   6. (F) Dodder (Cuscuta spp.);
   7. (G) Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon);
   8. (H) Cheat or chess (Bromus secalinus and/or Bromus commutatus);
   9. (I) Darnel (Lolium temulentum);
   10. (J) Corncockle (Agrostemma githago);
   11. (K) Horsenettle (Solanum carolinense);
   12. (L) Purple nightshade (Solanum elaeagnifolium);
   13. (M) Buckhorn plantain (Plantago lanceolata);
   14. (N) Dock and/or sorrel (Rumex spp.);
   15. (O) Blueweed (Helianthus ciliaris);
   16. (P) Morning glory (Ipomoea spp.);
   17. (Q) Hedge bindweed (Calystegia sepium);
   18. (R) Giant foxtail (Setaria faberi);
   19. (S) Cocklebur (Xanthium spp.);
   20. (T) Moonflower (Ipomoea turbinata);
   21. (U) Balloon vine (Cardiospermum halicacabum);
   22. (V) Itchgrass (Rottboellia cochinchinensis);
   23. (W) Serrated tussock (Nassella trichotoma);
   24. (X) Barnyard grass (Echinochloa crusgalli); and
   25. (Y) Tropical soda apple (Solanum viarum).
2. (2) Weeds listed in subdivisions (c)(1)(U), (V), (W), and (Y) of this section are prohibited in both Field Standards and Cleaned Seed Standards for all crops certified.

(d) When found in rice, the following weeds shall, in addition, be classed as noxious, and their presence must be indicated in accordance with the requirements for other noxious weeds:

1. (1) Red rice (Oryza sativa var.);
2. (2) Curly indigo (Aeschynomene spp.); and
3. (3) Tall indigo or coffee bean (Sesbania macrocarpa).
