- (a) Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of the Soil Amendment Act of 1977, Arkansas Code § 2-19-401 et seq., or the rules promulgated under the Soil Amendment Act of 1977, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)
- (1) The State Plant Board is hereby authorized to apply for, and the court is authorized to grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate any of the provisions of the Soil Amendment Act of 1977 or any rule promulgated under the Soil Amendment Act of 1977, notwithstanding the existence of other remedies at law.
- (2) Said injunction shall be issued without bond.
