1. (a)

   1. (1) If grant funds become available, an applicant must apply on forms supplied by the Department of Agriculture.
   2. (2) Applications will be evaluated on a competitive basis, if appropriate, by a department-appointed review committee.

2. (b) Records will be required to be:

   1. (1) Kept;
   2. (2) Reported; and
   3. (3) Made available for audits.
3. (c) If it is determined any grant funds were spent inappropriately, refunds will be required.
